CANCELLATION POLICY

MassageHealth is an appointment-based service that makes you the top priority during your treatment.  Once we schedule your appointment, no other client is offered that time; it is set-aside just for you.  During your appointment, I will focus entirely upon your evaluation and treatment out of respect for you and your time. 

I simply ask that you respect my time as well.  If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.  This will allow me the opportunity to reschedule another client in that spot.

However, life can bring surprises, and you may need to cancel with less than the 24 hours notice.  In those circumstances, I do ask that you still pay for your scheduled appointment since I most likely will not be able to fill it on such short notice.  Additionally, I will make every effort to fill that slot and, if I am successful, I will contact you to let you know that you will not need to pay for the missed appointment.

As always, if you have any questions or would like to discuss this policy in light of your particular circumstances, I will be happy to speak with you. 

 

Minors

Any client under the age of 17 must have the informed written consent of a parent or legal guardian.  As well, that parent or legal guardian must be present during the entire session.

REFERRALS

As an existing client, if you refer 3 new clients that each complete an hour session, you will receive one FREE hour session.
